What is the refund policy?

In general, all students purchasing content within Teachable are entitled to a 15-day refund from the date of purchase. Spanish Sin Pena policy gives you 30 days from date of purchase to issue a refund.


How do I request a refund?

If you want to request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 25 days from your purchase, so we can process it. After 30 days, we will not be able to issue any refunds. You will receive an email once your refund is processed.


What if I am requesting a refund after 30 days?

After 30 days, you may request credit for other courses and services.  


What is the credit policy?

If you are unable to participate in live classes or small group classes because of a family emergency, work project, unexpected circumstances, schedule conflicts, you may request credit within 60 days of purchase. 


How do I request a credit?

If you want to request a credit, email us at [email protected] within 60 days of purchase. We will let you know what other programs or services you may apply your credit towards.


What if I am requesting a credit after 60 days?

After 60 days, we are unable to give any credits. Please note that you will have access to all the recordings for the courses you purchased after a course ends. Please note that you can also download study guides and materials from teachable.   

Non-profit tax exempt information:

If you work for a non-profit, after purchase you can provide teachable ([email protected]) with a receipt of payment and the organization tax exemption documents. They will refund you for the taxes paid in approximately 7 business days. Process to use Professional Development Funds:

Most of our students purchase the program through teachable and then get reimbursed by their employer. Some employers only require proof of purchase for reimbursement. You can send them your teachable receipt. Some employers may require proof of completion. We provided this to students at the end of the session based on participation in the program. Please note we do not certify any level of fluency. We only certify that you completed the program based on your participation.

What If your employer wants to pay for the registration directly?

You will need to email us the contact person who we need to send the invoice to. Tell us if you are signing up for one session or multiple sessions. We charge a $75 processing fee if we need to send an invoice to your employer. After they pay you will have to create a teachable account.
